Teams from Indiana, Iowa, and Illinois converged on Spring Valley, Illinois for its 5th Walleye tournament of the 2003 season.

John Dalzot, Spring Valley and Tom Giachetto, Ladd, Illinois won with a six fish limit weighing 12# 0.5 ounces earning them $1,400.00. John and Tom caught there fish with Jigs and minnows in 12 foot of water on the St. Bede flats. 

Placing second was Rick Taylor, and Joe Miller from Elgin, Illinois with 11# 10.5 ounces. 

Third place honors went to the team of Mike Actis and Mike Stuckert, Spring Valley with 10# 1ounce. 

Big fish honors went to Randy Carroll and Lee Scott, Oswego, Illinois with a 3# 4 ounce Sauger.
