Ron and Matt Dombrovski weighed in 21 pounds of walleyes to win the 2004 Tough Guy Tournament out of Hell Creek Marina on May 1.
"It was generally a tough bite," according to tourney director Joe Herbold, "even though it took awful good weights to be in the money."
A total of 58 teams participated. Here are the top finishers:
1st: Ron and Matt Dombrovski, Billings, 21 pounds, $750
2nd: Elliott Garfield and Chris Keller, Wolf Point, 19 pounds, $500
3rd: Jerome Papineau and Casey Schantz, Miles City ,17 pounds, $350
4th: Roger Root, Miles City and Lee Judson, Billings, 16 pounds, $250
5th: Bob Magnuson, Miles City and Tim Davis, Forsyth, 15 pounds, $200
6th: Clyde Phipps and Nathan Saylor, Jordan 15 pounds, $150 and big fish winner, 31.75" for $370.
