View Full Version : MotorGuide PTSv positioning motor
Has anyone purchased the new 82# - 24 volt digital motor and if you have had it on the water what do you think of it. I know there were problems with the old pinpoint system, but from what I have been told by MotorGuide reps. that those problems were addressed and have been corrected. I would like to purchase one, BUT, it is a lot of money for a new motor!
Any input would be great!

Do a search for PTSV in the archives there's some info there.
(1)Click on search at the top of the page. (2)On the first search page click on advanced search. (3)On the advanced search page type in PTSV and then click search, a page of comments comes up.

I HAVE A PINPOINT THAT IS ABOUT FOUR YRS OLD AND I'LL NEVER BE WITHOUT HAVING ONE OR SOMETHING SIMILIAR. THEY ARE BETTER THAN HAVING A BOAT DRIVER. "THE MOTOR KNOWS WHAT YOU WANT AND IT DOESN'T TALK BACK.
