Is anyone out there running a Patriot 2050dc ? are they still in business and can you share the pluses and minuses of the 2050dc , I know there is no perfect Boat but I am have an opertunity to buy one of these and have never ridden or fished out of one so any info would be greatly appreciated .

I have a 2050 DCW, and love the boat. It is quick, a great ride, and fishes great.

At about $33900 with a 2004 200 Mercury EFI XL, Tempest prop, 9.9 4 stroke EL, Panther power lift, Vanguard custom trailer with aluminum wheels and brakes, hand rails, hydraulic steering, 4 seats, full windshield, 24 Volt Minn Kota, sonars, GPS, rigging, freight, tax, title, license in Wisconsin, in other words ready to fish for a 2004 model the 2050 DCW is a great deal, too.

This is what I know about the company. They are still very much in business. They are moving production of all the Patriot boats into the US ( they won't be built in Canada any more), and will be building 2005 models this summer.
