BPS On Board Charger

Last year I bought a Bass Pro dual back 4 amp on board charger (made by ProMariner). It is now intermittently not working.
First off, anyone have good or bad comments about these?
Also, is there a fuse or breaker that may be tripped?

There were problems with last years model. However, I do not remember what the exact problem was. They pulled them off the shelves for a few weeks until problem was resolved. Take yours back to BPS and request a replacement. They are real good about taking care of their customers.
