Does anyone know what causes feedback in steering on Hydraulic Steering system? Assuming it needs more Hydraulic fluid, has anyone done this themselves? If so, how or where can I find instructions?
Thanks for your help

There is a black "knob" on the top of the dashboard cosole cap, ahead of the steering wheel. That is where you add hydraulic fluid (ATF). Remove the cap to add fluid.
You need two people for this job, because one has to add fluid and steer the wheel back and forth as the other opens and closes the bleeder valves (to let air out)located on the hydraulic piston on the front of the motor. Generally this never needs to be done, unless fittings or hoses are leaking. The most likely place for a leak is where the hydraulic hoses mate up with the hydraulic piston on the front of the motor. If it is, you'll generally notice a little pink oil (ATF) in the splash pan of the boat
