I have a 2001 619 and the rear livewell is giving me problems, what happens is it will start out pumping strong and gradually the pressure diminishes until it's just a trickle. I've changed the pump cartridge twice and it made no difference. Plumbing appears to be OK, no leaks or apparent blockages. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am thinking you need to move some air through the plumbing. take your pump out open your valve to auto. Blast it with compressed air. You may have na obstruction that you need to move through.

Check to see if your three way valve has come loose from the cable and is moving itself.

You may also want to check the flappers inside your livewell valve. They are replaceable and may have torn or come loose. You can order the rubber flappers from any Ranger Dealer or from Ranger direct. Some dealers keep them in stock. They are cheap and its good to replace them every couple of years.
