I have a 2004 1900 pro v with a 200 hpdi. Last weekend, when using the graph and livewells with the big motor turned off for more than 3.5 hours, I had a dead cranking battery. All accessories run off this battery. Either it could be a
1. faulty battery
2. too much draw for that battery ( 500 cranking amps )I have sinced switched to a 1000 cranking amp battery
I am wondering if most owners add another battery for their livewells and electronics, to keep all functions separate. If so, where do you put it? This seems confusing to me, as I thought Lund would have an area for another battery, if this was happening to more owners. Or maybe this was an isolated incident.
Whats everyones thoughts?
