View Full Version : Stuck Seats
Does anyone know the best way to remove seats that seem to be wielded into the base. I sprayed wd40 into the base but it doesn't seem to be moving. Any tips would be great. The boat is 1995 Lund Pro Angler 1700. I bought it yesterday.

Check the archives, there was a very long and educational ;-) discussion on this subject not long ago, I believe it was in the Boats and Motors Forum.

Go to a hardware store and buy a strap wrench for turnung pipes. It should be able to loosen it and get it out.

Thanks!!! I found the message in the archives. Sounds like a pretty popular issue. I used ice and rapping on the base and one came off. I had to take the base off the two other seats.
