Just curious if anyone has heard about any tourney dates or sites for 2002?

We've heard nothing of the dates and places for 2002. If my memory serves me right, we usually receive a notice about them at the tourney in September.

As tournament director at Lake City for the MWC, I have not heard a thing about this year, let alone next year!

i sure hope wildlife/forever doesn't let the mwc go down the tubes. i just wish they would be straight with us,like kaz was,for 2002 the scheudule should be out. it was always out by august. and as far as the tournament director not getting any info on the lake city tourney in sept,i just can't figure that one out. i wish they would make a statement on the future of the mwc.just tell us all what's happening. let's all start responding to this issue on walleye central maybe pete will finally understand that we love the mwc and want it to continue.

The MWC has been grossly mis-managed since Kaz and Bev left, but keep the faith. I heard that 2002 will be a new ballgame, new players, etc.

I've got plenty to say but no time to say it as I'm off to Ohio.

But as far as 2002 is concerned, we expect to have some exciting things to announce probably around the Lake Pepin Tournament. Earlier is better.

Pepin is the last tournament of the year it would be nice to get some info before then.

Ahh, as for me.....

Let's give em a brake. I can wait to see what Pete and the boys at MWC have to say. I will give em that chance, maybe we all should. I know Kaz for many many years. But I also think it may be a little unfair to hold any group to what Kaz and Bev did. Every entity is their own, and while I think a lot could have been done differently by WF, they were indeed given the toughest road to walk. Can you say you would have done as well in Kaz's shoes? I know I could not have, but then I am not in any position to run a circuit, so I didn't even try. Shut up and Fish. We'll all learn in September I guess.
