Mr. Ducks,
There are two formulas accepted for determing the weight of a walleye. They are as follows:
1. length X length X length (cubed) divided by 2700
2. length(inches) X girth(inches) divided by 46
The formula that just uses the lenth measurement will give you a fairly accurate weight estimation. The formula that is determined using the girth of the walleye provides a more accurate estimate for large walleyes.
Remember to keep your eyes open and your feet dry.
