Hi everybody, what is your experience in using Storms Hot'n'Tots for walleyes. Is it best to use these lures behind planer boards or can I use them for long lining. My experience with Storm products is limited, since I use Shad Raps alot. Also, can these lures be cast on to reefs or any other structure at night. Thanks

We have good luck in mid summer trolling hot n tots and rattle tots over mid lake bars and reefs..say in 14-20 feet of water. We long lined them and did the speed trolling thing with them. Lots of 2-4 lbers and a few over 7 lbs.

just love trolling hotntots on Petenwell and Wunnebago.... great bait behind boards. in moderate depths and higher speeds..
Use Hot'n'Tots allot for long line trolling, they work great for us. Just keep them "ticking" the bottom. Chrome works best for us, but I'm sure some experimenting on your waters will show your best colors. I don't have any experience with them on boards.
