I was breaking a pole down when another pole hooked a fish. I grabbed the active pole and we got the fish in. Afterward the top half of the initial pole (which was not mine) was missing, must have fell into Lake Mich. It was an Eagle Claw Dipsy trolling rod. Is there any chance I can buy a Top Half?

I think your best choice would be to contact Eagle Claw direct. From past rod problems of my own of differing manufacturers, including Eagle Claw they seem to bend over backwards to help. Had one manufacturer replace for free an out of warranty rod, broke by my own fault.Just paid shipping. Now concerning that fish that hit at an untimley point.. I had just untied my anchor when my wife hooked a nice fish. 18# anchor with 100' of rope went to the bottom of the lake! Good luck with the rod!
