I recently bought the Bracket Pro Universal Kicker Bracket. The first time I used it I lost half of the the retainer strap overboard. I called Bracket Pro and they sent me a new strap at no cost to me.
This isn't the biggest story of the year but I wanted everyone to know that the service and cooperation I got from them was outstanding. It means alot to me, and others, I believe, that there are good companies with good attitudes. I'll buy Bracket Pro again because I was treated very well.
Good fishing!

P.S. This product is really well designed and constructed. My 15hp kicker is rock solid across Lake Superior.

Just weighing in on the Bracket Pro. I've now had mine on all season and had the chance to tweak it here and there. I'm really happy with the product but I still have the kicker jump out of the bracket on occasion if I'm running in rough water and don't have the strap on(duh!). With the strap on it doesn't go anywhere, rock solid. I've rigged a pull cord to the support bar so that I don't have to ever reach back and pull it into place, if it doesn't hook up on the first try. Great product for the money, one of the better buys on my boat. My thanks to Robert, Bracket Pro, and Billy Daniels for the product and set-up help.

Tom, I also have to put my 2 cents worth in about Bracket Pro. Beginning of summer I mounted a Bracket Pro on my Skeeter 1850. Since doing that, I have had NO problem with my 9.9 dropping down. Makes me feel much safer running in rough water as I don't have to worry about my kicker breaking loose and falling in the drink. Its well built and strong, looks great, does the job, and most of all its priced right. Check out the web site for yourself. Nels
