Hello,
Going to the Chippewa Flowage are ya! Get a map...It is an awesome Flowage. fish all of the wood around the shorelines and around the islands. The walleyes just finished spwaning last week. So you should hit some decent postspawn fish. I use small 1/8 oz. hot green jigs with no tail, but a medium fathead minnow or a Lindy rig with a 14" leader and a #2 octopus style hook.I also heard the water is pretty low so be careful motoring around. There are a lot of rock piles and timber that is only a foot under the water. And with the water already being low you can see what I am talking about. I hope this steers you in the right direction. if you have any more questions please feel free to email me ANYTIME. I have a fishing website at www.fish-wisconsin.com From the main page go into "Professional Tips" then into "Bill Lodi's Outdoor Report".. Good Luck, and let me know how you did.. Bill Lodi
