Hey guys-
Any of you familiar with the Mo. River and the Walleye fishing there? I'm relatively new to fishing rivers but I hear it is pretty hot in N Nebr and SD...any tips about time of year to go-tackle, presntations etc? I would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thanks again!

I live in S.D. and fish the river system as often as possible, below any dam with jigs and minnows early spring. Then lindy rigs with crawlers or leeches, maybe spinners if you like them, this is done most often on the reservoirs, mostly on points and structure.

I'm from ND and fish the SD and ND runs of the missouri. Lake Oahe around mobridge gets really hot in late april and early may. Jigs and minnows off points and around sunken islands. Also live bait rigs, and cranks around points and sunken islands. In early summer throught the summer it is pretty much a leach and crawler on spinner with bottom bouncer deal. Also cranks. The same is true for lake sakakawea just a little later dates is all.
