Anyone have hot areas in or around Lincoln NE. Not one to push someone out of there hole--but tips are always needed.
I travel north also--SD and MN.
Always looking for persons to help fish them eyes--or in Nebraska anything that bites.
I live and fish in northeast nebraska and fish the missouri river a lot. I like the area just west of Lewis and Clark Lake.
Good Luck,

Try Pawnee lake, have been catching limit of saugeye, up to 21", for a couple weeks now. Drift or troll the dam with jigs tipped with crawlers or minows in about 15ft. Good luck!!

will give it a try --thanks
good fishin---
Ice just off Glacial Lakes, in particular Roy Lake,Cottonwood, Red Iron, Buffalo, 4-Mile, Cattail, Waubay. Walleyes biting and should really take off in another 10 days. Water temperatures need to rise to high 40's. Had a 23" incher come off of Roy pulling a jig tipped with minnow. It was put back. Fishing still slow though. Cattail has had many people fishing from the roadgrade and getting nice 16"-19" walleyes and northerns. Should see more boats out in the next couple of weeks.
If you come up to this area, I have a lodge and cabins on the water at Roy Lake. My room rates are $39.00/night (very nice rooms) Sunday thru Thursday night and $50.00 per night Friday and Sat. Middle of May rates go up to $69.00 for rooms and $59.-$79.00 for cabins.
Good luck.
