My family will be in Coralville the week of the 4th of July. Any tips on walleyes, we have never fished Coralville Reservoir. Help me keep these boys happy. Thanks!!!

Here's the latest from the Iowa DNR website:

Anglers are still catching an occasional crappie at Coralville Reservoir (Johnson). Jigs and minnows fished around brush and rocks are working well. White bass fishing has been fair below the Macbride dam. Anglers are catching largemouth bass around the rocks on various artificial baits and minnows. A few walleyes and saugeyes are being caught with crankbaits and live bait rigs fished near rock walls and structure. Catfish are moving between deep and shallow water and hitting shad guts and night crawlers
