Going to Rathbun on Thurs. & Fri and looking for any updated info on walleyes.

Jon, I don't know why but I have seen at least 5 inquiries about Rathbun go completely unanswered in the last few months. I have not been there since late March, so I would be interested in any updates from your trip.

Have fished last couple of weekends and all night last Friday. Only one or two fish per trip. Beat the water to a froth for the fish we did get. Good luck if you go.

Craig, three walleyes in three days in the beginning on June. Last trip, July 11 & 12 and no walleyes. Talked to two locals, one with one walleye and another with three. I didn't see any walleyes caught in twelve hours on 11th or four hours on 12th. Cranked, spinned and long leadered live bait and no walleyes. I think I'll stick to the mississippi river for awhile. Course that is all screwed up with the drought. Ya right.
