Read your post with the the GPS way points but I don't own one yet. am going to Vermilion the 2 week it opens. Will be staying in the Cook area "wakem-up bay" would greatley appreciate any help you could give me. Thanks in advance BLUE
That's prime walleye water. Here are some areas......
Just at the entrance to Black Bay, north of that complex of islands, in 8-10 feet of water.
On the west end of Head-o-Lake Bay, the 8 foot breakline which runs from Cemetary point, past Pehrsons resort, and north to the end of the weeds.
The north shoreline of Ritchie Bay.
In Wakemup bay: Stovetop, Merry-go-Round, and Boy Scout reef.
In Norwegian bay, in the backwaters between all the islands from Windsock to Norwegian point.
The sandbar SE of Staley Island.
