I am best described as a Jinx, when it comes to fishing!
One fishing Buddy refuses to take me out fishing anymore, because when I'm along his catch is drasticly reduced. And i catch few if any fish.
I have long suspected that my body's electrical current, travels down the fishing line to my bait, or lure and it repells fish.
This year I'm going to wear rubber surgical gloves to break the circut, and see if it helps my fishing success.
I suppose I may also have some offensive odor on my hands, that contaminates all my fishing tackle, perhaps the gloves will help to prevent that as well!
I always thought the fish that I did catch, must be diseased, or mentally ill, or just plain stupid if they ever bit ahold of one of my hooks!
One thing that has amazed me though, are how fish will bite onto Berkley's power scented baits. I have landed panfish, and bass that have bitten down on the bait, but were never even hooked! They loved the flavor of those scented baits so much, they just wouldn't let loose! It's amazing!
So is it my electrical impulses screwing up my success, or offense odors on my hands, that are depleeting my catches?
