Bob have you fished lake gogebic?

Bob I was wondering if you have ever fished lake gogebic in the u.p. of michigan? And if you have what do you think of it??? Thanks Red

I have never fished Lake Gogebic, although I have fished Little Bay de Noc in the U.P. several times. I have heard of Lake Gogebic, it seems like it used to be full of smaller walleyes. Don't know if that is still true. Wish I could be of more help. Maybe some of the other visitors to this board could be of help.

I have never fished Gogebic, but i have fished the Sylvania Wilderness area, which is near by. Good fishing in Sylvania...one catch though, no motorized Vehicles or live bait. Just a canoe and your lures.
