Does anyone know if the 2002 regulation for limits have been decided for Lake Ohae in South Dakota yet? If not does anyone know when this will be done? Can not wait to return to God's country.

It seems the Game, Fish, and Parks will decide this by Nov.1. As the rumor has it, the limit will be reduced to 10 walleyes per day. If this passes, it will probably go into effect Jan.1.

You can read about the new Oahe 2002 regulations at http://www.state.sd.us/gfp/gfpnews/News01/11-09-01.htm
Saw in that regulation write-up the other changes that are going into effect 1-1-02. Didn't know they were considering so many different changes. The two walleyes on Lynn Lake will really slow down the fishing there. The one walleye over 20" on most of those lakes listed shouldn't be a problem. Have a hard time finding any over 20" in some of those lakes listed anyway.
limits on Oahe have changed to 10 fish daily- 4 over 14" one of which can be 18", and 6 under 14". It went into affect Jan. 1
