I fished Ottertail lake in western Minnesota yesterday and, as was the case a month ago, the bite is good. A partner and I caught good numbers of fish on sucker minnows on Roach Rigs fished in 16-18 feet of water. The fish were in the 14-18" size range. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate and allow us some more open-water fishing before we store the boats for the year and start ice fishing.
