I'm thinking of fishing Storm lake for the first time tomorrow. Is there a bait shop to call to get some information or does anyone out there care to share? Thanks for any information!!!

We fished there Tuesday for the first time ever and tried to find a bait shop for a map or information. I think there are two bait shops but both were closed at 8:30 in the morning when we were there. Finally found a fairly new marina store and launch on the East side just down from the swimming pool. The information was minimal but they did have maps. We fished after a big storm and front from about 10:00 to 5:00p.m. and caught one nice 19 inch Walleye, one more sub legal Walleye, several White Bass and a 6# Catfish. We were trolling #5 Shad Raps behind planner boards with most fish caught west and north of the big island. I believe Hot Spots makes a map that would be worth getting. It was an easy lake to fish that would be fun when the bite is on. Let us know how you do and good luck.

Was on Storm Sunday the 16th, we were skunked.
