I was told West Okoboji was the best bet right now for walleyes and action in general. Pull spinners along the weedline. You'll catch walleyes as well as incidental bass, bluegills, and northern pike.

West Okoboji is you best bet for action in general but you will catch more bass (large and smallmouth) than you will walleyes right now. I fished it saturday morning and we had better luck with a lindy rig leach than a spinner live- bait the bluegills are also biting on a variety of baits and places. If the boat traffic is bad on west and driving you nuts head to big-spirit it still has a decent walleye bite and a good perch bite. Good luck whatever you do-Ripper
