On Fishing the Midwest television this week we debuted our cooking segment. I didn't know what to expect as far as response to the cooking segments and was unprepared for the requests for the catfish and walleye recipes. I will come up with a way to post those recipes on this Message Board, or provide a link to those recipes.

Please be patient, I will get the recipes posted somewhere that is easy to find.

The cooking segment that aired this week with the catfish and walleye recipes will be the longest one of the year. The remainder of the cooking segments will be 3-4 minutes in length, but the recipes will be just as good.

The walleye recipe from this week's show with the grape tomato sauce is really a good one. If you like fish, you'll like this one.

Thanks for the interest in Fishing the Midwest and our cooking segment.

Best Fishes,

Bob Jensen

Wondering about the walleye recipe from 1-12-03 on Wisconsin (Green Bay) channel with Cookies Seasoning. Where can we get that seasoning? Waiting for the recipe too!

Will get the recipes up soon. The Flavor Enhancer is available wherever Cookie's BBQ Sauces are available. It's called Cookie's Flavor Enhancer. Check it out on cookiesbbq.com

Sorry for the delay. Will get recipes up as soon as possible.
