Recipes on Fishing the Midwest

I am amazed at the interest in the cooking we have been including in some of our Fishing the Midwest tv shows. Those recipes are going to be posted at two different sites and should be up by the end of the week.

One site that will include the recipes is www.cookiesbbq.com The recipes that Speed Herrig provides in his segments will be there. Speed is the guy with the beard and has a comment for about everything. Really a good guy with lots of ways to prepare fish and other tid-bits.

The recipe for the skin-on walleye with grape tomatoes, catfish, and mango salso will be at the theclassygourmet.com web site. That should be up soon also.

Please bear with me, this cooking stuff has taken me by surprise.
