Last year we took a smallmouth and walleye combo trip to Lake Sharpe SD. Would like to try the same on new water. Any help with a lake and time of year? Thanks DWP

Walleyes and smallies...on the same body of water? Consider Minnewaska near Glenwood, MN in late June or early July and in early October. Start out the day fishing for smallies and slide into night fishing for walleyes. The after dark trolling bite for walleyes goes great guns in June, July & October! Good luck. Nav
