We have access to the recipes that have been and will be included in our television series. I apologize for the delay in making these available. The cooking part of our show is a new adventure for us. The response has been tremendous, but getting the recipes posted has been challenging.
Anyway, here's where they can be found.
For the catfish, mango salso, and skin-on walleye recipes, go to theclassygourmet.com website. They have assured me the recipes will be posted. If not, go to the "Contact Us" area and they will get the recipes to you. The skin-on walleye is really, really, really good.
For the other recipes, including beer potatoes, chicken wings, grilled bacon, cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, and breading recipes, as well as a bullhead recipe, go to the cookiesbbq.com website.
When you get to that Home Page, click on "New Recipes" in the upper left corner. The next page will have a "Cooking Show Recipes" in the upper right corner. Click on that, then scroll down to and click on "Fishing the Midwest". The recipes will appear there.
Again, sorry for the delay in getting this up. Please let me know if you have any problems with either of these sites.
Let us know how you like the recipes and the cooking segments in the show.
Best Fishes,
Bob Jensen
