How many of you have put the cover on the styro cup the crawlers are in and the lid cracked, or the cup split? Or how about, you just softly stepped on the darn thing and "Squash" the crawlers are now crawling all over the floor of the boat, and the mud or paper mulch is a mess. Well the old girl I'm married to, for forty years, came up with a solution. Plastic butter or margarine cups. The ones that I like best are from "I can't belive it's butter". The one the crawlers come in, fits perfectly into these cups. And the lid is easy to snap on, plus they are a heck of a lot more durable. You can toss them to you buddy at the other end of the boat without worrying about the lid coming off, unless you bounce it a couple of times on the floor or he is not a good catch. If you buy flats, like I do then they are great for taking just what you need, leaving the rest in the fridge. Last year I had a couple of styro's in the fridge and a split cover allowed the critters to escape, and crawl out of the fridge to the floor, the door was closed mind you, and it scared the livin stuff out of the old girl. Hence the discovery. I know this is not the season for crawlers, but start saving now, and you will have plenty for next season. Good luck KEEPIN THE CRAWLERS HARNESSED....Kaz
