Should ask for pros and cons before you buy ;-)

I have three Okuma linecounter reels. They have served me without any problems. I use them for Salmon,Striped Bass and Walleye. I don't think you can buy a better value for the money.

Paul,
I have been using the Okuma 30DX reels for trolling in the Western End of Lake Erie. Both with boards and dipseys. I have not had any trouble with them at all. Very pleased with there performance. Good Fishing.

We use all Okuma reels for chartering on the eastern basin and have never had a problem. The 20DX and 30DX have performed perfectly. This season, we are also using Okuma spinning reels for our bass charters. You will find the quality superior and excellent reliability. Most bait and tackle stores can order any Okuma reel and Cabello`s salt water catalog carrys the open water trolling reels.
