Will be muskie fishing Spirit Lake in Mid-October & was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to fish the lake that time of season. Am familiar with the lake as have fished it many times before, just never for Muskies.
Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks

I would fish the SE corner with s twitch bait and a slow rolled spinner of your choice. The south end of the lake up the east side to Big Stoney is where I would concentrate on. The weed line is at 12 feet right now. This should pretty much hold until then. Jerk baits, twitch, and rollin' them spinners is what I would do. I like the 6 and 71/2 Phantoms in the perch or black perch pattern. Anglers is also good with Cottonwood Point a stop on the way. Good luck.
