Chicago Anglers, there is a block of fishing/outdoor shows on the Total Living Network(TLN) that airs on Saturday afternoons. Do you watch the outdoor block on TLN on Saturdays? This block is pretty much full of outdoor shows during the first quarter of the year, the rest of the year it airs just a few shows as I understand. I am considering airing our Fishing the Midwest series on TLN and would appreciate your feedback. We would be on Saturday afternoons.
Des Moines area anglers, do you get the Warner Brothers(WB) station where you live? Am also looking at airing Fishing the Midwest there or on WOI. Only time available on WOI is 7:00 a.m. Sunday. Would that time work for you?
Looking for your input. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to watch Fishing the Midwest.
Thanks for your help.
Best Fishes,
yeah we get WB. i don't know about a good time though. something like 8 am on sunday if i had to say what was good for me.

I would love to get your show in Des Moines. I don't have cable but I do get WOI and KPWB. It doesn't matter when your show is on, I can always set the VCR.

Bob,Re Chicago Market: Is TLN actually UHF broadcast channel 62 WJYS ?
If so that would be a good fit,as Midwest Outdoors is and has been on 5pm Saturday afternoons for years. If 62 is not TLN,not sure because otherwise we dont seem to have anything called TLN on the Direct TV service as a local market channel. Perhaps Fox SportsNet Chicago on saturday mornings along with Gillespie's W+W would certainly work,is available on both cable and satelite.(Although cable seems to be becoming extinct in my area, dishes are on almost every house now.)

Thanks for the response. TLN is Total Living Network, they are cable, not WJYS. Lindner's Edge, Babe Winkelman, and a couple other shows, along with Fishing the Midwest, will be airing on TLN on Saturday afternoons.
I will see if I can get more info.
Thanks again.

Bob, sounds like a great lineup, especially with the addition of your show, which I can't see on DTV now,but have caught in the past when there was a free promotional period of some premium channels which included Outdoor Network. ( I think thats where I saw it.) Enjoyed it much. But as far as I can tell, TLN does not exist on DTV. My humble opinion is that you would reach many more in this area on Fox SportsNet Chicago.
