Lake Bemidji first time help?

Making my first trip to Lake Bemidji MN the middle of September. I heard the lake was a few feet low and launching a boat without rollers may be difficult.

Question 1, What ramps would you recommend for late night parking with concrete ramps.

Question 2, Any advice on what area of the lake and techniques for Walleye, Northern and Perch?

Question 3, I haven't made lodging reservation yet. Any advice on resorts or hotels to avoid or use.
