Hi
The past 2 nights have showed more action than the whole fall has so far - walleye activity has been good in 5-8 feet of water. 3 days of steady east wind has helped the rock reefs along the west side. Stick to areas with a good deep water access - these reefs have been better than the shoreline reefs. Some good starting points include Anderson's, Indian Point, Rocky Reef, Agate, Flamingo and Shaw's. We haven't seen a "best" bait up to this point, but some of the top producers include Shallow Shad Raps, Husky Jerks, F-11's and f-13's, Rattlin' Rogues and Stings. You don't necessarily have to pull an "all nighter" - there's a decent run of fish from about an hour before sunset until about an hour after sunset too! Remember, all the markers ( and many of the docks) have been removed... go easy.
Yes, we still have decent leeches!
The surface temp is 46.
The weather for the weekend (according to WeatherUnderground) looks like
this:

Attention deer hunters - With deer hunting right around the corner, don't forget... bring in your hides during the month of November and we'll trade you for a pair of gloves! We'll take small hides too, but they're 2 hides for a pair of gloves OR 1 hide and $3.
This will be the last weekend Outlook for the open water season. We will start up again as the bays on the south end begin to freeze. Our website, www.lundeens.com will be updated periodically until we see ice, then we will resume the regular ice and fishing updates. We would like to thank all of you who supported us through this past season - your patronage is truly appreciated.
Finally...
A blonde was bragging about her knowledge of the state capitals of the United States. She proudly announced, "go ahead, ask me any of the capitals, I know all of them." A red head said, "O.K., what's the capital of Wyoming?" The blonde replied, "Oh, that's easy, 'W'."
Have a great weekend,
