I'll be on Clear Lake tomorrow the majority of the day for the first time. Where should we try for walleyes? Will be in a 16' Piker, prefer to jig and troll...How was the fishing there over the weekend?

A friend got in on a good walleye bite on Clear Lake last Wednesday, late afternoon, early evening. Spinners in 4-7 feet of water in several of the traditional locations, Dodge's Point, the Dollar Dock reef, Billy's.
I am looking forward to getting on Clear Lake sometime this week, let us know how you do.

Do you know if your friend was using minnows/leeches/worms on the spinners? Thanks!

Well, Clear Lake had a nice shot of rain on Tuesday in the early morning...i chickened out. Wind was blowing pretty strong so we fished from shore on a smaller near by lake, fished over rocks and caught some nice largemouth's on worms/minnows with bobbers over rockpiles.
