Check on the "Iowa DNR" web site under fishing and it gives an update on all area lakes.

I was in the Great Lakes area earlier this week, didn't fish but spoke with anglers who said the fish were scattered. Keep moving, take one here, one there.

COLD and windy with fog did manage two walleyes drifting little stony point. I hope the I.O.W.A. anglers have a better day next weakend. Thanks Bret...
