A short while ago someone wrote about using a 2 foot section of stove pipe and a cap to keep the hole from freezing. Do you use the "split" pipe (will it leak?)? And, the caps I've seen have a "lip" on them that I think would make it "hang up" when froze. Can someone please re-explain how it's done? I think it's a great idea!
