Costa-- both are great rods. I have the Loomis HSR1021C and it's unbelievably sensitive, plus has just the right action for backtrolling plugs (magnum wiggle warts mostly) for salmon in rivers. I helped a couple of buddies pick out LHS2 rods in the same size/weight, and they're very happy too. Pick whichever you can get a better deal on.
