Well, many of you know my story about my boat. Probably sick of hearing about it. Been a long road, but in the end Tracker came through. :rock-on: Many, many thanks to the people at corporate who made this happen and to the people here who showed me support and tolerance, members and mods who had to babysit my posts. ;) Thank you!!!!
No, I didn't get a free boat, but we did reach an agreement that is acceptable for both sides. Bottom line is that I'll be back in a Tundra, the boat I really want. The smoothest, driest, and best handling boat in it's class. I've never denied that! :)

Glad to hear of your resolution and more than impressed with your ability to keep faith in the Tundra. Hopefully this boat turns out exactly liked you dreamed it could be.

I give him till next may to be back here saying how the transom is going to heck again, lol. However, I sense way too much glee in having to remain a tracker owner, they must have put a nice gag and glee order on you.

I may not agree with your statement about Tundra's being the best in their class, but I'm #### glad you found some middle ground and will be back fishing . Best of luck Terror, God knows you deserve it .

Hopefully it will work out for you now. My Tracker dealer is now out of the boat business entirely. Probably for the best as they had zero customer service. Love the boat, but the dealer's 4 year experiment in the boating business is over. Haven't noticed a difference in service actually, as I had long since gone elsewhere for my parts, maintenance and repair needs.
Tight lines from SE Montana.

I'm glad it worked out, I had to sign a confidentiality contract to get the deal I wanted... The squeaky wheel still gets the grease....Good job...

Great news!
You are a much tougher guy than I am. Had they put me through the meat grinder like they did to you I would have grabbed the boat and sold the thing before ever getting it wet. Oh well, I seem to be getting crankier with old age. :D
Congrats, I truely hope all works out O.K.

I"D sell that new boat before it ever got wet. donate it to your favorete charity and raffle it off .
Good for you!!! Did you get the pro edition? Enjoy the boat and you have done a good job of ignoring the nay sayers
Since I sent you the stuff on Tracker I sold the Hunley this week. The person had the good sense of actually seeking out a Tracker!!! The Hunley background did not phase him. Now to find a new dealer and pursue the Tundra dream again, maybe wait til boat shows. I had been spoiled by previous dealer so this may be difficult.
Enjoy it, you earned it.

That statement, plus the notable lack of any detail regarding the agreement = NON-DISCLOSURE clause within the agreement. Don't hold your breath waiting for any further issues...

Now let's all think about Terroreyes plight for a moment.....The man has gone through ####; has posted a long horror story about poor tracker quality and responsivness and his final post he is trying to convince us he is happy?
Folks let's see it for what it is. He has to do what he has to do in order to get well deserved resolution. If he is as smart as I think he is, that new "boat" will have a for sale sign on it and never touch the water with his family in it - he just can't say it.

Great news Terror. Now get out there and SELL THAT BOAT! Tracker is still a worthless company with worthless boats. I am glad they finally came through for you, but does anyone think if it weren't for Walleye Central Tracker would have changed their ways?
At least you have something for all your troubles. Good job.

"CARPE DIEM, SEIZE THE DAY", You have been given a second chance, SELL! Donot give TRACKER the satisfaction of putting you through this again. Good Luck, either way, but I cannot believe you would put yourself and others in that boat, in even two footers.
You guys lack class and just like to jump on bandwagons...I believe he was the second owner of the boat and still is getting good service. I would think that because of WC these things take longer and companies need to becareful on how and who they warranty...the message boards for "calling" companies out is starting to backfire like Unions did in the long run...SJ

I didn't know that the unions backfired. Thanks for your well informed opinion. Must be a member in good standing eh?:boohoo:
Well if you call losing benefits that your union promised after you retire(which has only just started to snowball) and causing the breakdown of the airlines, automotive, and other such industries I am glad to not be a member...Not to mention what the TWA did here in NYC...Their day has come and gone...SJ

All a union has ever gotten for anyone is a contract with an employer. As far as a union promising you something after retirement is concerned, that would be a union retirement fund and would have nothing to do with an employer. The airlines lowered the pension payout not the union. Keep the friendly federal government out of it and it probably wouldn't happen. Unions fight to get and keep benefits. Employers are trying to take them away. If you were informed, you would realize that unions consist of a membership not just officials. In other words if you belong to a union you ARE the union. You are right though. Unions are losing strength due to uninformed people that don't understand them. Where do you think vacations, overtime, health benefits, sick pay, forty hour weeks and decent treatment came from. There is no union fairy. Ole retired farts like me fought our butts off for these benefits that folks like you take for granted. Read a book. You may learn something.:Offtopic:
