Do chopper blades make a difference? If so, when and where? Also, where can you order them?

I have used chopper blades, and caught some big eyes with them.Just like anything else,if don't use them you sure won't catch anything on them.I fish them on Saginaw Bay.Hope this helps..

I think that Bass Pro or Cabela's carries them.

Neither Bass Pro nor Cabela's carries them. Now for a more specific question: Side by side, do choppers outproduce Colorados or Indianas?

As with all different types of blades, The chopper will have it's day's that it'll outshine the other styles. My advice would be to have all the different types in different sizes and different colors. I know this can add up to alot of different spinners, but if you by a few every week, say $5.00 you soon have a great selection. Then try all different styles and colors while your on the hunt for biters, the eye's will choose the color and vibration they prefer on that given day. Then change all of the snells to what they want to eat or attack. Plano makes an excellent clear box with lots of small compartments to store them in. Hope this helps...
