How do i get to the Lobby to register

At the bottom of this page is a drop-down box. Look in there and choose Lobby. The next page that comes up you can register by looking towards the top right side of the page...

I did get to the lobby to register finally, but it wont accept my hotmail e-mail address. Why??????
