I will be out on the big pond someplace! What side of the lake are you starting on? I will be starting on the west side. Look for a gold 620 with a yamaha on it. Hope to see ya out there.

Anyone else gonna be out???????
This doesn't have anything to do with Mille Lacs. But do you remember what the water temps were up on Cass last month when you and Jamie showed everybody who the best musky fishermen were?

59.1 to 60.5 most places (3 feet down)
61.3-61.7 on the "Spot"
Why do you ask?
By the way we were the luckiest that day....But Jamie had the spots and I had a pattern...But alot of other guys had fish up and just as easily could have won it. Luckily our fish had good aim.
Thanks Steve. Mid September always seems to be a good time to hit it up there. I was just wondering how close to turnover the lake was. I've only been up there a few times. But in the past, we've tried to time it right and missed it by a week or two, getting there as the lake was turning. (It sucks having to plan your trip months in advance!) I only live about an hour from the lake though. And by next year, I'll finally have a boat of my own. So I won't be dependent on someone else to be able to get out there. Just trying to plan ahead for next year and the years to come. It'll be nice to be able to hit it more of when I want to rather than having to plan so far ahead.
Thanks again and congrats on the success you guys had up there. That was an awesome looking pig!
