its frustrating trying to fight an enemy that you can't see... but they will slip up and show themselves sooner or later...

What does this have to do with musky fishing?? It you want to discuss this, go to the CNN board!! Frankly, I am getting tired of hearing about all it.

Agreed, this is an escape for me from the all of the news I take in each day. I am thinking fishing, not nukes.
Nukes are not necessary, or appropriate in this situation.

No nukes but deal w/ it now to avoid worse attacks later....thanks for the poll as those who choose to think about nothing but fishing need to move to the beach where it is easier to stick their head in the sand.....well rounded topics are good for any board or shall we become as the Taliban + have strict opressive rules/regulations.....if you want to talk about this here, then do so 'til removed by the board administrators; not from others who tell you to take it elsewhere. REALITY is here........

Hey Spongy, how was the deep sea fishing? Hope you got a biggun! m
Uh, a simple answer

Hotshot, if you are sick of reading about the current world events and come here to escape, that is great. You still can come here to do that. Just don't read those posts. It is that simple. If you think this post took up too much valuable time and board space, your answer made it even bigger and took even more of your time. Dont get me wrong, I come here too as an escape from all the goofy stuff goin on in the world. Unless I head out to chase a ski or two. But I also value the opinions of other anglers about current world events. If I do not want to read a post, I dont. That person has as much right to post it as you do not wanting to read it. So dont read it and we will all be just happy little anglers. Have a great day, and please do not take this as an attack.

Not yet dude! Going on the 1st....called a buddy of mine from the old neighborhood + found out some of the old places are closing early for the season + others will be torn down + beach homes will replace them. Looks like soon fishing will be done from decks + rooftops....urban casting.......wish I could hit the Cave 1 last time though!

Mr. Sponge do you also go by Mr. Square Pants? I am assuming that is where your handle comes from....but I wasn't sure...and was just curious. Having a 7 month old has introduced me to a wide cast of new afternoon and saturday morning characters. They are much more fun than the characters I deal with all day.

Had a boy at a late age....5 now + the cartoon is his favorite....now mine + the wifes' also. We try to watch every chance we get. Working at the post office has me dealing w/ some characters too! Watching sponge gives me 1/2 hr. to relax + get away...then back to the survival in real life again. Much of the stuff they show don't match the cartoons of yesteryear + to find those few that are good is great!
