How's it going boys?Been fishin new waters on The Larry this fall without much luck. the area looks really good but I'm fishless.I'll try to describe the area .I'm fishing the lower end of a large island.From the tip of the island east,is a deep weededge dropping into as much as 80 feet of water This creates a slight breakline as the weededge cuts slightly north behind the island .(This weededge/current-break stretches for a good quarter mile).From the tip of the island southeast is a large shoal topping off at 36 feet and falling into the 80 foot water.If I continue in this general direction I will reach a really nice rocky point.This point faces the west/east current and falls into 50-60 feet of water.Heading southeast along from the point for about a quarter of a mile I reach a large sand shoal.It's about 100 yards off an island face with 25- 40 feet of water on the outside and some deep water on the inside.(Not enough to troll all the way around though).This water really clouds up on rough days.If I turn west after this shoal and cross some deep water,I am at the far end of the first weedline I mensioned and have made a complete circle.I've tried wire line and mono at varios speeds and depths.I haven't tried night fishing .Any suggestions on targeting this piece of water would be appreciated.
