Help.

I was just looking through the "Where to stay at the Angle" post and saw a reference to Dan Kliss. My son and I used to hire Dan about 10 years ago for walleyes and muskies in August out of Flag Island Resort. Dan really knows how to fish and we had some of our best days ever in his boat.. I have been trying to find out if he is still guiding so we can hire him in the spring. Last I heard he was living in Minneapolis through Rick McKeever of Young's Bay Resort.

Thanks for any help.

Judge,

Dan is "around". He is a cancer research scientist living in the Twin Cities during the week/ vagabond per weekend.

Hey Judge,

Thanks Happy Hooker for emailing RK, never found any good Reef Hawgs for you.

This is awesome. I don't guide anymore. I have not had a Canadian Guides License for 3 years and have let my Captain's License expire. I would be willing to fish with you sometime or could help you find a guide depending on the species you want to pursue (probably those bottom feeders). Paul Colson, Rich Magee and Lance Sage are the finest walleye guides I know. Doug Johnson, Dick Pearson and Gary Barlett are the best in the area for muskie. Email me please:
