I own an older Fish Trap with a plywood base. I would like to
change it over to the current plastic tub. My canvas is in
excellent shape I just hate dragging that plywood around in
wet snow and slush. Does anyone know if I can mount my brackets
up to the new plastic tubs.
Thanks Glenn

I think it would work as long as your lower canvas is in good shape?
The stripping that attaches the canvas to the lip of the sled is extremely flexible in it's application.
The bracket that attaches the supports to the sled is the main concern as I see it.
Take a close look at your bracket and compare it to the one on the newer sleds and see how they line up. It may pay to measure a few other sleds such as the Otter sled while your considering a refitting, the deeper tub may be to your liking?
You may wish to contact them and see what they say?
