Has anyone had any experiences fishing for Muskies in Kincaid Lake down in Southern ILL. My dad fishes mostly for crappie there but he would like to try for some Muskie.Any info would be appreciated, especially some pointers on where to fish in this cooling weather and what type of bait.

I was just on Kinkaid Nov. 3 & 4.
I had a 40 inch fish hit an 8" Chart/tiger Jake on the right side of the mouth of Glynn Bay. Also fish Cochran Bay & Thompson Neck. The fish were up in the weeds the weekend I was there. White and Chart. colored baits.

Watch for a new muskie book coming out in the beginning of the year by Pete Maina. Kinkaid is one of many lakes profiled and there are some nice 'skis in there!
