Even though I have fished walleye on Lac Seul for a number of years I have yet to find a good depth contour map of the lake. I fish the Eastern end, Sen bay , Deception River area. Can anyone out there tell me where I can get a good depth contour map of this end of the Lac Seul?
Thanks , Lonnie Jensen

Best your gonna get are the ones that Ojibway Bait sells in Sioux Lookout. Lac Seul is a river system and the water levels can vary dramatically from year to year. The MNR hasn't had the budget to do any decent depth maps for most of their lakes in quite some time. It's still better to have a map with something on it than nothing though.

Thanks for the input. We usually stay at Abram Lake Park so Ojibway Outfitters is only a few minutes down the road. We will certainly stop there and get a map next time we are up there. Only problem we have had fishing there is that when it is time to come back to Minnesota we don't want to leave for home because we are haveing to much fun catching fish :)
Thanks again, Lonnie
